Liza Kozoil Ellis, Wife of Morbids' personal friend Dash Ellis was murdered in their home of less than a week in Elgin, IL on March 2nd 2013. Her killer is still at large. There is a $15,000 reward to any person(s) that provide information that leads to and helps convict the criminal.

Lisa was well liked in the community and worked readily with the arts community. She was loved by everyone that knew her and cared deeply about every one of the people in her life.

During the annual PlayStation meeting in New York on February 20^th, Sony officially announced their plans to release a new gaming console. The meeting was broadcast live via internet stream, giving anxious gamers the first look at what was in store for the new console. Although the design of the machine was not revealed, Sony did provide an in depth look at their new controller design, aptly titled the DualShock 4.

     Maintaining the basics of the standard PS3 DualShock controllers, the DualShock 4 will of course remain wireless, retain the same shape and overall style, but also offers a six-axis sensor to enable motion control correspondence from the console to the player, a touchpad, and a light bar which is color coordinated to identify each player. The PS4 will feature a dual camera developed to precisely locate and calculate each player’s depth while tracking the controller itself with 3D technology. This technology was developed to allow continued use of the PlayStation Move controller originally adapted to the PS3 in 2010. Such camera usage will simply magnify the precision levels of the controller when being used.

The light bar will illuminate in a variety of different LED colors to eliminate confusion amongst controller sharing games. The touchpad, intended for use as an input method, will allow easier interaction with the gaming system. Built in audio and headset jacks will come standard to deliver the best possible gaming experience as well. As a result, headsets will come stock with the new system. Additional enhancements have been made to give additional accuracy to analog stick response, design changes to the L2/R2 trigger buttons, and the combination of the Start and Select buttons into one single ‘Options’ button.

            Other exciting changes include the ability to use the new Share button to connect directly with streaming sites and social media such as Facebook. This will allow players to showcase their achievements with fellow gamers and friends across a variety of platforms beyond the standard console. Sharing options allow real-time interaction with fellow players, making it quicker to receive responses to areas of difficulty or challenge during a round.

          The PS4 is sure to set the bar in gaming standards even higher than before. Although Sony did not announce a release date or pricing for the console, high demand is to be expected and the system and its counterparts will be flying off the shelves.
