What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card orders over the phone. Please contact us at Info@MorbidStix.com to arrange a phone order. Because your security is our number one priority we are proudly Paypal Verified. Please also notice we have secured the entire website check out through geotrust.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns. We do not issue refunds. We will issue a in store credit or exchange the item for an equal or lesser priced item. The item can not be damaged and the original package content and inserts must be present. If the OEM packaging is missing we can not accept it for exchange.

What shipping options do I have?

We ship everything USPS unless otherwise arranged, International orders might be subject to import fee's. Contact your local customs office to find out if there will be any fee's associated with your purchase. At the current time we ship everything in USPS Priority boxes. We are working on getting custom packaging! WE SHIP WORLD WIDE!

How long does it take to make a custom controller?

A standard MorbidStix Controller ships with in 7 days as each is made per order. Custom orders build time will vary upon its complexity.

What if I can’t find what I'm looking for on the site?

Please contact us at Info@morbidStix.com if you cannot find what you are looking for on the site. For all custom orders please contact us via our contact page. We're here to help you get a quality product you will enjoy playing with, Not what your just OK with.

What are my color limitations for color adjustment?

We use specific hues of colors usually but if you have a specific color code you would like used please contact us with your order. Custom colors will be subject to an additional cost.

Where do you ship to?

We welcome all orders worldwide. We ship to APO's as well. Internation orders might be subject to fee's by your customs regulations. Please contact your local customs office for information about import taxes. If you have any questions please contact us.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a conditional 180 day warranty on all of our services and products. This is a non-aggressive warranty. STOP THROWING YOUR CONTROLLERS!

What systems do you work with?

We work with everything. Even non-gaming related items. Airsoft equipment, Paintball equipment, Hunting equipment, Car Parts, Skateboarding equipment, Roller Derby equipment, Musical Instruments... The list is endless! Let us mod it for you. We can provide samples and examples of what we have done and can do.

What are fiber optics?

We can install fiber optics to create a unique and completely custom look. Check our gallery for examples of fiber optic work we have done. Instead of back lighting the holes in the controller we install hair thin strands into the controller to give an even distribution of light through the logo. We can do up to three colors in your design. The pricing on fiber optics ranges depending on complexity.

Can I send you my Controller?

We do not accept send in's as we can not warranty them. Only our work. We do however accept send in service for consoles and other equipment.

What kind of name is Morbid Stix?

Well... Minister Morbid was online playing COD4 with a good friend A 20 Piece. He had been kicking around the idea of opening a controller company. A 20 Piece says "Its a Morbid Stix... Made by Morbid." It just stuck! We're not just a catchy name. We are a new home for products beyond what our competitors can do. Quality is key and we stick by our Stix.
